1. General Conditions

These General Conditions are a legal agreement with a compulsory binding force between 100 PERCENT BIO OOD and users, in connection with services offered by frumbaya.bg. By looking at the pages and clicking on the objects or links located on the pages of frumbaya.bg, you agree, accept and undertake to observe these Service Conditions.

FRUMBAYA is a registered trademark of 100 PERCENT BIO OOD. 100 PERCENT BIO OOD is a company registered pursuant to the Commercial Act of the Republic of Bulgaria.

2. Confidentiality of your data

100 PERCENT BIO OOD processes and takes measures for protection of personal data of users, in compliance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act. Users agree that 100 PERCENT BIO OOD is entitled to process their personal data in connection with the use of the services of the website. In order to serve you and fulfill your orders, it is necessary to accept the following data:

  • first and family name
  • email
  • contact phone
  • address for an invoice and delivery
  • postcode

Subsequently, you have the opportunity to correct these data from your personal profile.

The data which we shall receive after the order, registration or looking at the pages, will be used only for your service - acceptance and fulfillment of orders, subscription for news, connection with you in case of problems connected with the order and improvement of service of 100 PERCENT BIO OOD. We guarantee that these data will not be given in any form to third parties or used for purposes different from the abovementioned. Users who are subscribed for “Subscription for news”, can cancel it at any time by clicking on the link at the end of each news.

Your user profile can be deleted from the system of 100 PERCENT BIO OOD together with the data appertaining to it at the request from you.

3. Prices

All prices are in Bulgarian levs (BGN) with VAT included. The prices of the products are shown without the delivery price about which you will be given information in the process of ordering.

4. Orders

Each order of a product or service through the system of 100 PERCENT BIO OOD is connected with an obligation for payment according to a method of payment chosen by you. Orders are accepted 24 hours a day, also on days off and official holidays. In the process of an order, you have an opportunity to see the products which you buy and their prices, your names, email, phone number, address, postcode, the way of delivery and method of payment. After the finalization of the order, you will receive a confirmation call on the mentioned phone number. You can keep track of the status of the current order, as well as of previous ones, from your personal profile.

5. Problems in fulfillment of the order

The fulfillment of you order can be prevented due to any of the following reasons:

  • It is possible one of the ordered products not to be available - in this case we will connect with you in the shortest term on the phone or by email.
  • You have pointed out incorrect or incomplete delivery data - names, address, phone number, postcode.

In case of discrepancy between the received and ordered products or occurrence of inaccuracy through our fault, we shall bear the costs on subsequent return and replacement of the inaccurate products. If a delivery is impossible not through the fault of 100 PERCENT BIO OOD (you are not available in the pointed out address or do not answer the calls of the supplier), your order will be returned to us until we connect with you.

6. Methods of payment

  • Payment in delivery: upon receipt of the order, you should pay the courier by cash or by debit/credit card.
  • Payment upon receipt in our shop: you should pay in place in our shop by cash, upon receipt of the order.

7. Delivery and receipt of products

  • Delivery to address, office or automatic machine: it is chosen in the process of ordering after completing the correct address, names, postcode.
  • Receipt in place in our shop.
  • Deliveries are processed and made within 3 workdays.

8. Refusal from an order and return

You can return the products purchased by us without any reason for return within 14 days from the date of purchasing on the following conditions:

  • The products should be in their original packing
  • There shouldn’t be any traces of use, broken appearance or stains
  • To include the original invoice or commodity receipt, with which you received the products (with your order you will receive an accompanying document - fiscal bond upon payment in delivery or an invoice at your request)
  • The costs on the return of the products are at your expense

You can replace the products with other ones or we can reimburse their value, if you do not want replacement. We reimburse the value of the products, without the value of the delivery, only by bank on your personal account within 14 days from the date on which we have received the product returned by you. All sums paid by debit/credit card will be reimbursed by us on the same account (card), from which the payment has been made.

10. Contents and copyrights

The website contains copyright materials and texts, images, graphic logos, graphics, logos of trademarks, databases and software, which are property of or are licensed by 100 PERCENT BIO OOD and are protected by the Bulgarian and other applicable laws and conventions on copyrights, related and other rights on intellectual property. The reproduction of the contents, the website and/or any of its components, subject of intellectual property, can be made only by the written consent of a representative of 100 PERCENT BIO OOD. The use of the services of the website does not give the users any rights on the subjects of intellectual property as a whole, nor on any part from them.
